Lowell Ballew has been in full time music ministry since 1994 and spent 2 years of that period, with his family, on the mission field. In fact, today, two of his children currently serve as missionaries through music.

While praying for an opportunity to serve people in the community, outside the church, God has brought Lowell to the profession of real estate.

Lowell desires to continue to serve people in the corporate world through real estate. Anyone who knows Lowell, knows him to be kind, caring and patient. He believes if he puts people first, serves them well, then strong business and referrals will follow.

Lowell aspires to travel to many nations to serve people of all races, age, gender and religions and to spread love and hope to all people.

James is a wonderful addition as he has been in real estate since 1993 years with a focus primarily on Property Management. He can manage, lease, renovate and sell investment property in his sleep. He has taken that expertise and his entrepreneurial spirit to acquiring property, renovating and selling in his own flipping operation. With his decades of expertise in real estate, he has chosen to transition his business, utilizing his experience to help others in their real estate goals as a Real Estate Agent. James is a Native Texan, born and raised in Dickinson. He loves his family and he married his Sweetheart, Sarah, in 2002. They have 2 sons, Ethan, a Senior at Dickinson High School and Payton, a Senior at Sam Houston State University. He is an avid sports fan and when he is not serving his clients or renovating his investment properties, he enjoys spending time with his family, BBQing, hunting and fishing! Phyllis Orman – CFSP, CREN, ABR, AWREP, SRS

It is my pleasure to be a part of the dynamic team at Real Estate Connection International. I proudly serve the greater Houston and Bay Area communities. My goal is to provide clients with a solid commitment of treating each transaction as if it were my own. I am a life-long resident of the area and proud to call this my home.

I have successfully represented an array of different homeowners from first time homeowners, to clients searching for their dream home. I have buyers and sellers that I can hopefully say that by the end of the transaction we will be life-long friends. Buying and selling is not an easy task and it can get stressful at times, but working through the problems is what I Do Best. I hope at the end of the transaction that I played a small part in making this a smooth journey.

I have worked very hard in different capacities in healthcare, and medical spas and the common goal was always establishing a relationship with my clients and guiding them to the best results. I enjoy working with other agents, mortgage lenders and title companies to ensure that my clients get the best outcome.

Ronnie Orman – CREN, USMC – United States Marine Corps, Vietnam Era

Ronnie is a man who has worn many hats throughout his career. He has an extensive background in sales and telecommunications and has consistently focused on providing quality services and support while concentrating heavily on understanding the needs of clients. He is always willing to go the extra mile and is quick to provide assistance or guidance whenever asked.

He has two quotes he tries to live by. The first is from Henry David Thoreau. “Things do not change; we change.” Ronnie believes it is essential to adapt to people, places and things in order to achieve your goals.

The second quote comes from Thomas A. Edison; “The three great essentials to achieve anything worthwhile are; first, hard work; second, stick-to-itiveness; third, common sense.” He believes if people would just use common sense, there would be fewer conflicts and more peace.

He and his wife Phyllis have resided in Friendswood since 1991 and enjoy time spent with family and friends around their pool. He is an honorably discharged Vietnam Era Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, member of the American Legion Post #490, a lifetime member of the Marine Corps Association, a Competent Toastmaster, and serves on the board of two non-profit organizations focusing on helping veterans. For the past ten years, he has worked with the Rice University Football providing on field communications for the coaching staff.

Helping others comes naturally for Ronnie and he looks forward to the challenges of commercial real estate as a member of the Real Estate International Commercial Team.

Josh Rabalais – CFSP , CREN

Originally from Lafayette, LA, I moved to the Houston area in 2015 to pursue my dreams of living in a big city. Five years later, I know I made the right choice as I have fallen in love with everything Houston has come to offer. This city has truly become my home, and I am excited to be serving my community in ways that I believe can make an impact.

In addition to being a realtor, I am also an award winning teacher and coach. I’ve always been told that I was crazy for willingly choosing to work with teenagers, but honestly it has taught me many different life skills. I have learned the value of patience, hard work, and how to be an advocate for my students day in and day out. I now bring that same level of commitment, determination, and relationship building to all of my clients.

In my free time, my wife Sydney and I volunteer with different animal rescue groups around Houston. We are strong animal advocates, and have three rescue dogs of our own: Auggie, Chip, and Millie. We also attend Crosspoint Church in Pearland, and are strong advocates for our faith. We believe that with God all things are possible, and thank Him for allowing us the opportunity to serve Him through REC.

Patty Amor – CFSP , CREN

We at Real Estate Connection International are delighted to add Patty as our newest Kingdom Agent. When I met Patty, she was a Carolina Gal, relocating to Texas in 2009. However, when you meet Patty, you will say she is a True Texan. As she always says, “I got here as soon as I could.”

For nearly a decade, Patty has been working in single family homes and commercial buildings selling window coverings, serving investors, buyers and sellers. Her attention to details, fantastic customer service and delightful personality is like none other. Real delightful personality is like none other. Real estate goes hand in hand allowing her the opportunity to assist clients in both. If you are looking to Buy, Sell or Lease a property, you are in good hands with Patty.

Patty loves the Lord and attends One Life Church. She served for 3 years at Clear Creek Intermediate, with Lisa Kurrass, the REC Broker, as a Parent Representative for Fellowship of Christian Jaguars. Patty has been married to her husband, Allan, for 25 years and they have 2 amazing sons, AJ and Walker.

Melissa Fuentes – CFSP

If you are looking for an agent with the heart and soul of Jesus, look no further than Melissa Fuentes! A True Texan, born in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Houston at the age of 9, growing up in La Porte. Her strength, her love and her care came from being a single Mom and raising her son Tony. She says this season of life has shaped her into the person she is today. She is bilingual and can assist you in Spanish and English. Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for 35 years, as a Medical Assistant and later in Administration. In 2019, she married her soulmate, Ruben R. Fuentes, and became Mother again to her Bonus Son, Ruben Jr. Currently, she is the caregiver for her Sweet Mom, Lisa, Grandmother to 2 Beautiful Girls, Annabeth and Avalyn, and Mom to 2 fur babies, Jager and Gus.

Sheryl Lanther – CFSP

Introducing Sheryl Lanther……. From Friendswood, Texas, A True Texan. Sheryl grew up in Friendswood, with her Dad as a Real Estate Broker and her Mom as a Real Estate Agent. Even as a small child, she went with her Mom on property showings and found it so exciting to find people their new home, the happy place that they would raise their families and find joy is residing there. Sheryl has a huge heart to help people as you will often find her volunteering to assist where she finds needs. Thus, her lifelong dream of doing just that as a Real Estate Agent makes perfect sense! Sheryl graduated from Friendswood High School in 1984 and has remained in the area ever since, continuing her studies at Stephen F. Austin and the Center for Advanced Legal Studies.

For 10 years Sheryl worked in the legal field as a paralegal in the real estate sector. Later she became a Sales Associate with Castlerock, a new home builder, since 2017.
